Yes. We offer comprehensive loan signing services for real estate transactions, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and more.

For in-person notarizations, please have the following:

  • A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
  • The document(s) requiring notarization
  • Any required witnesses (please advise in advance if you would like us to provide witness services)

For Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments, you will need:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID
  • Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a functioning camera and internet connection

Appointments can be scheduled 24/7 through our secure online booking system. For special requests or assistance with scheduling, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist.

In many cases, yes—particularly if the document is not a vital record. When required, we can provide notarization as part of our service.

  • Apostille: Applied to documents intended for use in countries that are members of the Hague Convention, requiring state-level authentication only.
  • Legalization: Required for non-Hague Convention countries and involves additional steps, including authentication by the U.S. Department of State and the relevant embassy or consulate.

Yes. We offer certified translation services, which may be required by the destination country for certain documents.

  • Affidavit
    An affidavit is a written statement in which the affiant declares information to be true and swears or affirms this under penalty of perjury. The document must be signed by the affiant in the presence of a notary public and will include a jurat notarial certificate.
  • Certificate of Accuracy
    A certificate of accuracy is a signed statement affirming that a translation is accurate and complete to the best of the translator’s knowledge and ability. This certificate is typically provided by a qualified translator or translation company.

At NP Notary & Signing Services, LLC, we can provide a Certificate of Accuracy that also fulfills affidavit requirements. This includes a jurat notarial certificate, and the statement will be signed by our company representative in the presence of a notary public.
